Wise Nzikie NgasaExecutive Director
Wise is Founder of AFCIG. He completed his master’s in Education, Health Promotion and International Development from IOE, University of London in September 2014. He has a BSc. In Accountancy from Oxford Brookes University UK and is part ACCA qualified. Wise also has certificates in Project Management and Social Accountability from GIZ Campus 21 Academy and the World Bank Institute respectively. He has completed short courses in social entrepreneurship offered by Praxis Community Labs, London and the Makerere Business School, Kampala Uganda. Wise has been working in the development sector since starting AFCIG in 2005. Thanks to his work with AFCIG he has received many awards locally and internationally including emerging as Finalist of the 2012 Commonwealth Youth Development Awards. He is a 2013 UNAOC Global Leader and a 2014 UK Diaspora Change Maker. Wise is also a recipient of the 2014 Social Entrepreneurs Transforming (SET) Africa award. He is a writer and social entrepreneur. His short story ‘Devils’ won third prize at the 2014 Writivism International Fiction Competition, held in Kampala, Uganda. Wise writes for change.
Paterne Aime PetipeChief Technical Advisor (Director, 2010)
Paterne is a holder of 3 Masters degrees in Microfinance from the University of Bergamo in Italy, a Masters in Banking and Finance from the University Yaoundé II and a Masters in Law ( LL.M.) from the University of Yaoundé II. He is pursuing a PhD in Microfinance from the African University for Cooperative Development. As a Legal Professional, Paterne has outstanding knowledge of the legal environment in Cameroon. He has been involved in the implementation of an array of projects across the social, financial and human rights domains for over 10 years. His professional career includes managing Training and Projects at the Cameroon Cooperative Credit Union League, the largest network of Microfinance institutions in the CEMAC Sub-region during which time he successfully led the implementation of a variety of initiatives with esteemed partners such as the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the World Bank.
Gerald Samba TamfuFinance Coordinator
Gerald has a BSc. In Economics from the University of Buea and studied Accountancy as a minor. He has a wealth of over 4 years’ experience leading the financial management of AFCIG’s projects including in the preparation, execution and control of budgets, internal controls, accountancy and financial reporting. These include the management of funds from donors such as the World Bank, the Commonwealth Foundation, MTV Staying Alive Foundation, and the US Embassy.
Tadzong Djou JeannotAccountant
Jeannot is a part qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants(ACCA)before joining AFCIG he worked with the EU-funded PNDP (National Community Driven Development program) Bamenda and is a lecturer at the National Institute of Business management and Technology(NIBT),the leading tuition provider for ACCA courses in Bamenda ,Cameroon.
Aaron Nkoumbou MungaAccountant
Aaron is a part qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Before joining AFCIG he worked with the EU-funded PNDP (National Community Driven Development Program) Bamenda and was Manager and Lecturer at ACCA Focus College, the leading tuition provider for ACCA courses in Bamenda, Cameroon.
Song RoseOffice Administrator
Rose has a Diploma in Accountancy and has worked with AFCIG in different capacities since joining us in 2010 including serving as Projects Assistant for our HIV/AIDS, social accountability and civic participation initiatives. In her current role, she manages the AFCIG office and ensures that all staff can fulfil their roles comfortably.

Stewart Ndutard NgasaMedical Advisor and Co-founder
Dr. Stewart Ngasa is a holder of an MD degree from the Faculty of Health Sciences University of Buea, Cameroon. He works currently as a general practitioner at the Yaoundé Central Hospital. He brings to his General Practice a wealth of experience and skills obtained through hands-on involvement in many diverse aspects of modern general Medicine. Dr. Stewart’s post-graduate clinical experience in areas such as obstetrics, paediatrics, geriatrics, neurology, and rheumatology has given him a solid foundation for his work as a General Practitioner. Radiology is one of Dr. Stewart’s special interests and he has had some training on basic ultrasound operations and interpretations. He is the co-founder of AFCIG and he advises with any medical issues and provides professional input.
Raphael NomieAssistant General Coordinator
Raphael has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Buea. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Graduate School of International Studies, Ajou University in South Korea. Raphael is a social entrepreneur and the author of the ‘GIRLS CODE’, a project aimed at promoting the gender equity in the Cameroonian ICT sector. With his humongous knowledge on human rights and experience as a Legal Secretary at Tanyi and Co Law firm (one of the largest law firms in the North West region of Cameroon), Raphael has been providing legal advice to the AFCIG team on issues related to the protection of the most vulnerable in the society including persons living with disabilities, persons living with HIV/AIDS and single teenage mothers. He rose from the ranks of Legal Officer to an Assistant General Coordinator at AFCIG, successfully leading the implementation of key initiatives such as ‘Your Health, Your say’ and the One Cameroon campaign for tolerance and peace in Cameroon.
Yu-Chun Hsiao (Maggie)Director, 2013
Maggie is an English teacher in Taiwan. She has a Masters in TESOL (Teaching English as Second Language to Speakers of Other Languages) from the Institute of Education, University of London. Maggie joined the Board of AFCIG in 2014, after coming in contact with AFCIG’s Founder, Wise in London. Maggie is a board member of AFCIG and team leader of AFCIG Taiwan.

Jason Marsweb designer
Jason is a computer engineer based in Taiwan. He has a great sense of humour and an eye for fashion and trends that bring a modern and professional look to his designs. Jason is in charge of designing and managing the AFCIG website. He also provides technical support to the team on IT-related issues.
Zart TsengVolunteer Fundraising
Zart is a Chinese teacher in a high school in Taiwan. He has a craze for football and good beer. He also writes novels and has published two so far. His words are touching and vivid and he hopes to write into people's hearts. He supports Team Taiwan with all the Chinese documents and fundraising ideas.
